In spring 2024, I was one of two art directors for Flux, the award-winning capstone publication of UO’s School of Journalism and Communication.

I helped lead the visual direction of the 76-page issue, designing the front-of-book section, two feature stories, and guiding a team of 8 designers to maintain consistency and craft.

So far, the overall design has won 23 awards nationally, including a Pacemaker and 1st place for magazine cover from the Associated Collegiate Press and a Cold Crown from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA). Of the 23 awards, I received six personal recognitions for design, layout, and typography. View the full list of awards here.
